The MINUITDISCO newsletter shares new releases, artist news and occasional updates from the label's creative universe.

1. Your choice

Joining is optional. You will not be added just because you contact the project or send a demo. An unchecked, dedicated signup checkbox is required; you must then confirm your email address using the confirmation message sent to you (double opt-in). Until confirmation, no promotional newsletter is sent.

2. What information is used

We use the address you enter, any name supplied, how you signed up, and records of consent, confirmation and unsubscribe status. The lawful basis for marketing messages is your consent. This is independent of consent to future A&R communications.

3. Sending provider

Confirmation messages are sent through Resend, which currently stores its customer service data in the United States even when sending is routed through Europe. See the Privacy & Cookies Notice for details of the services and international data transfers.

4. Unsubscribe whenever you want

Every newsletter campaign must contain a functioning unsubscribe link. You can also contact privacy@minuitdisco.com to withdraw consent. An unsubscribed address will not be intentionally re-added to marketing lists unless its owner makes a fresh, valid request and completes the confirmation process again. Limited suppression records may be retained where justified to prevent accidental re-subscription.

5. Data handling and future campaigns

MINUITDISCO's Content Studio currently records consent and confirmed subscriptions. Campaigns are not automatically sent by the CMS, and lists exported to an email marketing provider must be reconciled against unsubscribe and erasure requests. Publishing this policy does not itself activate the mailing list.
