CONTACT / DEMO SUBMISSION TERMSREVIEW DRAFT · OCT 2026

YOUR MUSIC.
YOUR RIGHTS.

01 / Who may submit

Artist submissions must be made by an adult aged 18 or older who owns or is authorised to share the recording, composition and any included third-party contributions. Do not submit confidential material or another creator's work without permission.

02 / Limited review permission

By sending a demo, you give MINUITDISCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission limited to receiving, storing securely, making technically necessary copies of, listening to, internally evaluating and discussing the submitted material with persons directly involved in artist selection. This permission does not transfer any copyright or ownership. It lasts only as long as necessary for the purposes and retention periods explained in the Privacy Notice.

03 / No publication without a separate agreement

Submitting a demo does not give MINUITDISCO permission to release, distribute, sell, publicly perform, remix, sample, sublicense, use in advertising, train AI models on or otherwise commercially exploit the track. Any such use requires a separate, explicit written agreement with the authorised rights holders before it occurs.

04 / Selection and confidentiality

Submitting a demo does not guarantee a reply, representation, recording agreement or release. Demos are stored privately and may be accessed only by authorised reviewers. We do not make unsolicited demos public. We may independently receive or develop similar musical ideas; these terms do not grant ownership of your original work to MINUITDISCO.

05 / Personal information and future A&R

Contact information is processed only as described in our Privacy Notice. Optional future A&R retention and newsletter participation are separate choices. Neither is required to submit music.

06 / Removal and requests

To ask about your submission, revoke optional future-contact permission, or request erasure where applicable, write to discominuit@gmail.com. We may retain limited records only when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
