PRIVACY
& COOKIES.

01 / Data controller

MINUITDISCO is the public-facing name of an independently operated creative project. Identification and contact details of the responsible data controller have not yet been finalized for publication. Displaying only a brand name does not replace the information required by Article 13 GDPR. This must be resolved before final launch.

02 / Contact submissions and private demos

The contact interface is prepared for artist demo submissions, press, labels and other inquiries. It is disabled by default until a complete legal notice, the proper data controller identification, a valid contact channel for rights requests, retention rules and Cloudflare Turnstile have been configured. The form cannot send without these prerequisites.

When explicitly activated, visitors can provide their name, email, category, optional artist/project name, message and optionally one MP3, MP4, WAV or M4A file up to 15 MB. The information will be stored using Cloudflare D1, while demo files will be stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Submissions will only be accessible from the authenticated private Content Studio; files will not be automatically made public. Turnstile may process browser and connection data to verify legitimate submissions.

Before activation, the controller must specify the processing purpose and legal basis, identity and contact, actual storage location/recipients, the period for retaining rejected and accepted demos, a deletion procedure and an appropriate rights-request process. The previous Formspree test submissions may remain in the Formspree account and must be managed there separately. The v1.1 form does not transmit demo files to Formspree.

03 / Cookies, local storage & external requests

Our own website code does not install analytics, advertising pixels or optional preference-storage cookies. It does not use localStorage to remember a video preference. Therefore, there is no general cookie acceptance popup when you arrive on the site.

Essential security and delivery mechanisms may be provided by our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare; the actual live cookie inventory should be inspected before final publication and after adding new services.

Fonts: the current pages.dev deployment loads Barlow, Barlow Condensed and Barlow Semi Condensed through Google Fonts. This may send the visitor's IP address and browser connection data to Google independently of cookies. We intend to use Cloudflare Fonts on the official domain, subject to activation and validation that no requests still reach Google. Until that test is successful, see Google's privacy information.

04 / Locally hosted music player

The MINUITDISCO player serves COMME ÇA as a static MP3 file from the same website. The music begins only after you click an audio activation or Play control. The oscilloscope processes samples locally in your browser using the Web Audio API; no audio samples or listening history are sent to an analytics service by our own player code. The player remains active while you navigate the site's pages, but playback stops if you close or reload the tab. No preference cookies are used.

05 / YouTube video (click to load)

The GIO video appears first as a locally hosted poster image. Before you click PLAY GIO / LYRIC VIDEO, this site does not create a YouTube iframe. Playing the video intentionally connects your browser with YouTube/Google. The embedded player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com; this does not eliminate all provider data processing.

You can click STOP / UNLOAD VIDEO under the video to remove the embedded iframe. That stops the connection initiated by that player on our page; it does not delete third-party cookies or erase information already received by Google. You can also watch directly on YouTube, under YouTube's own privacy terms.

06 / Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As with other web hosting services, technically necessary data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic information may be processed to serve the pages and prevent misuse. The relevant retention terms depend on the chosen provider services.

07 / Your rights

Subject to GDPR requirements and applicable exceptions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may complain to the supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority. A suitable, direct contact channel for the exercise of these rights remains to be finalized; the unavailable contact form must not be presented as such a channel.

08 / Updates

We will review this information whenever we introduce new analytics, players, hosting services or contact-processing workflows. A separate cookie consent management tool may become necessary if we add non-essential trackers.
